We have worked closely with Bromley Arts Development over the last eight years to develop DJ Workshop Courses and Music Technology Courses for a variety of students from primary to secondary as well as youth clubs and summer programmes.

Most significantly this has included developing and delivering NCFE level 2 Music Technology and DJ skills for year 10/11 cohorts over two years. With a near 100% pass rate it proved a valuable stepping stone for the students who were not achieving in mainstream education.

Trainee programmes were also developed with the National Youth Foundation for Music (now Youth Music) enabling young DJs such as DJ Quikfingaz, DJ Ash, the opportunity to acquire tutor skills as well as delivering workshops within the borough.

Moving on to Secondary Projects: Within the Borough we have delivered summer and after schools music workshops around moving to Secondary school, which used music as a stimulus for the transition to a new school. As part of the after schools initiatives we have delivered DJ and music projects in primary schools to larger groups.
