With universal use of computer technology we have used laptops and software on several projects such as with specialist school Majorie Maclure to enable students of all abilities to complete a track of their choice or integrating music technology with traditional instruments into a contemporary band set up.

Again this is an 8 week course using either Reason/Cubase/Logic/Fruity Loops or Acid Pro allowing students to develop their own material. The course covers amongst other points:

File navigation/ instrumentation/ signal routing/using a mixer/ writing & composing elements including songwriting or MC rhymes/recording/ arranging/editing/sampling/ using effects & compression/ mixing down/ burning to CD or compressing to MP3.
